VICTORY!!!

FINALLY, the only team that ever lives up to its name, "Shots Before Playoffs" - they help us relax ;) - WINS the whole thing!

At Kelly's Bleachers II in Wind Lake, WI, 12 co-ed 4's teams come together every cold month (starting in October) to play an intense indoor sand volleyball tournament. Shots Before Playoffs, comprised of Terry Coughlin, Breit Nelson, Daniel "RJ" Hintze, and yours truly (Kyle Buckley), took 3rd, 3rd, and 2nd in the last three tournaments, and we'd been getting pretty frustrated with every... non-win (it didn't help that we'd have a month to stew before we'd get another shot at redemption).

So I am proud and excited to announce that we can now call ourselves CHAMPIONS!!! That felt pretty good, and the $340 for the team didn't hurt either ;).

We are the chamions!

After waking up entirely too early and taking the above picture from the apartment I'm moving out of, me and the guys in the Bradford Volleyball Club went on to win the mens A tournament at Carthage College in Southern Wisconsin.

Now back to moving my endless boxes of junk!
